Schedulicity allows you to schedule services and products pickups as well as make modifications to your appointment times/dates up to 24 hours before your appointment!
No phone calls or waiting for a return phone call is necessary with online scheduling!

You will need to create a Schedulicity account prior to booking your first appointment.
Follow these simple steps to get started.
- Create an Account: Schedulicity will walk you through the simple process of creating a new account and selective services, times, and dates.
- Reserve with a Card: A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Reserving with a credit card is necessary step to protect my guests and myself from having appointment availability taken away by indiscriminate individuals. Your information is stored securely through the Square checkout system and is never stored anywhere other than the secured processing provider.
- Review Cancellation and No-Call/No-Show Policy: Payment is not due until time of visit. Your card will only be charged if you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within 24 hours prior to appointment time. In the case of a missed appointment or late cancellation, your card will be charged 50% of the service/s booked.
- Check for Confirmation Email: Be sure you receive an Appointment Confirmation Email immediately after confirming your appointment. No confirmation means you did not complete the process and your appointment is not scheduled.
- Make Note of Studio Location!

Enter in the far right, front door of building – marked Health & Wellness Suites.
Suite 30 will be to your immediate right as you enter the building.
To make changes to your scheduled appointment time:
- To cancel or edit an appointment prior to 24 hours before your scheduled time, please log-in to your Schedulicity account to make your changes.
- Emergencies happen. For cancellations with less than 24-hours notice, please call or text 615-625-2155. A late cancellation fee of 50% of service will apply.
Promotional or Sales rates are not reflected on the scheduler and will be applied at checkout.
